At Webuters, we have a policy regarding refunds and cancellation. We encourage users to read this policy carefully before making a subscription. We provide a free trial and demo before any purchases are made for our products including or AI tools, so we do not typically offer refunds for new plans or recurring payments.
By subscribing to our Services, you give us permission (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for your chosen Subscription. In order to process your payment, we may request additional Payment Information, such as your credit card number, expiration date, email, and billing address. You confirm that you have legal authorization to use any payment method represented by this Payment Information. When you sign up for a Subscription, we may share your Payment Information with third parties to process your payment and charge your payment method (along with applicable taxes and fees). You may need to provide extra information to verify your identity before completing your Subscription. By subscribing, you agree to our pricing, payment, and billing policies, which will be made clear to you. All Subscription payments are final and cannot be refunded or transferred unless otherwise stated in this refund policy.
If you choose to purchase a Subscription, you will be charged a Monthly or an Annual fee plus any applicable taxes and fees at the start of your subscription and every month or each year thereafter at the current rate. By agreeing to this policy, our privacy policy and Terms & Conditions and purchasing a Subscription, you authorize Webuters Technologies Pvt. Ltd, (“Webuters”) to make recurring, non-refundable payments using the payment information you provided until you cancel your subscription. We will remind you of the current Subscription Fee in prior as required by the law, before your Subscription term ends. You are responsible for all recurring payments until you or Webuters cancels your Subscription. Your Subscription will continue until you cancel it or until we terminate your access to the Services or Subscription as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and this policy.
If you wish to cancel your Subscription, it will be applicable for the next period from the initial purchase. However, after the purchase, you cannot cancel the purchase or receive a refund of your Subscription fee for the purchase made. In some cases, we may need to cancel a transaction due to unexpected events and will refund any payment you have already made. You can cancel your Subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current Subscription period. Please note that you will not receive a refund for the current Subscription period. If you want to cancel, send an email to info@webuters.com. You will be charged for all Subscription fees and applicable taxes incurred during the current period. If you cancel, you can still use the Services until the end of the current Subscription period, but you will not be charged any further fees after that.
We may offer a Free Trial of our paid Subscriptions to certain eligible users for a specified period of time. The terms of your Free Trial will be provided to you upon sign-up, and your use of the Free Trial is subject to those terms. There may be some limitations with combining Free Trials with other offers. Only users who have not previously had a paid Subscription are eligible for Free Trials, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms. By agreeing to a Free Trial, you are also agreeing to sign up for a paid Subscription as described above. Unless you cancel your Subscription prior to the end of your Free Trial, we (or our third-party payment processor) will begin charging your payment method on a recurring monthly or annual basis for the applicable fee (plus taxes and other charges) at the end of the Free Trial until you cancel. If you wish to avoid charges, you must cancel your Subscription before the last day of your Free Trial period.
